~1. Make a new document 500x500

~2. Press D to reset the color pallete, then go to Filter>Render>Clouds

~3. Next go to Filter>Pixilate>Mezzotint and pick short or long lines.

~4. Then go to filter>Blur>Radial blur with Zoom and Best selected and the bar the the maximum. Repet 2 times to make it smoother.

~5. Next, duplicate that layer, then do whatever you want to the second layer and put the blend mode on Darken (I used twirl).

its pronounced "Voila!" lmao but close enuff, i know another way for this tutorial, i think the layer style was Hard Light, but im not sure, but love the sideways S effect in the middle, i give it a 9/10 wink.gif
