aged 12 of Edmonton, Alberta was reported missing from a home in the area of 88 Street and 121 Avenue on October 9, 2004. She has been spotted several times since then including by a family friend. However, police and family members are concerned for her welfare and are hoping members of the public can assist in locating Samantha.
Samantha is Native, 5’ 2” (157 cm) tall, 120 lbs. (54 kg)
She has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
She has a stocky build.
