Title: What machines will you make?

Mr Cheese - November 30, 2006 08:24 AM (GMT)
It seems like you can make practically any machine you want, and I was thinking perhaps you could make walkers or even robots. For transportation, I'm going to make 20 foot tall pillars with wheels on the bottom. And maybe a tiny car with a huge wheel on either side. What are some of your ideas?

Keys - November 30, 2006 04:26 PM (GMT)
Or maybe a unitank with one tred that goes about 90mph? Or... a hover-tank with wheels? Why? Because... /shrug. I haven't really thought of this all yet.. only buildings, planets, and critters..

Jonat - December 1, 2006 04:30 PM (GMT)
This is true, you can make an AT-AT from Star Wars, a buggy from Star Trek or a T-38 from Bf2142.

Within the sense of detail of course ;)

Dragonspore - December 1, 2006 05:02 PM (GMT)
or a wraith ship from stargate atlantis :)

Ahh, alrighty then! we have such a diverse population here on sporeforums going from Canada to Africa so i was just curious. Sorry about your speech impediment, though it makes it you unique i'd think ;)

Mr Cheese - December 15, 2006 05:55 AM (GMT)
It seems like there are heaps of Australians on these forums (including me). While we're on the off-topic of accents, I always wanted to know how do you distinguish between an American and Canadian accent?

Jonat - December 16, 2006 12:50 AM (GMT)
the "eh?" usaually gives it away.

And "Aboot." (about)

Keys - December 17, 2006 04:31 AM (GMT)
Yes, Canadians stress their vowels in some parts of their speech.

as compared to

American English - Wikipedia Check the "Phonology" area.

interesting...

on topic question kinda do you think you can make vehicals that look like creatures.if so it would make it much easier to come up with vehicals for my tyranids which are all creatures with no vehicals but instead vehical sized creatures even there fleet ships are completly made of biomass which they consume from planets
