Also, please not that you will be subject to these guidelines:

To qualify for a mod position, the member should have a minimum of 100 posts at the time of being chosen (members can apply before this time), must have shown respect to all members, and have a history that is relatively clean of spamming and other broken guidelines.

Mods must at all times be curteous and respectful towards all members.

Mods must be willing to answer questions from all members, including through PM.

Attendence is a must. While mods are not expected to be on every day or even every other day, they should be on a least every once in a while...once a month is not acceptable.

Mods must know the rules of the forums and be willing to enforce them.

Most of all however - mods must know how to have fun and be a great member!

I've been a registered member since the beginning of January '06.

How often are you at the forums?:
I try to be on the forums at least once a day. More often than not I’m here three times checking up on things to see what’s going on and the likes. Otherwise, I’m pretty much on standby with Private Message alerts on for my email.

How often do you post at the forums?:
Just like being on the forums I try to at least post once day where input can be added or is needed. When there isn't anything and/or it would only be useless clutter to post I’ll avoid it of course.

Past experience in modding?:
I was moderator for three gaming clan websites since '00, each lasting about 2 years or so before they were disbanded or I had/wanted/needed to move on. In addition to those, I’ve been moderator with two other websites, which were forum based RPG boards. Unfortunately one of those is no longer in existence and the other I do believe is under construction for its second life-cycle/phase. Thus, I am sorry to say I do not have any contact information for any of the above.

Why do you want to become a mod?:
I'm here all the time. I love the folk here on the boards and would love to help out. As I’ve stated many a time before on the boards and in private messages, I understand people cannot be on the boards on a daily basis sometimes and if in any way or form I could help fill in that spot while someone is missing. By all means, sign me up.
Not to mention the useless pornographic and down right offensive content that can be posted, with another person around to help quickly eliminate that 'crap' on these forums i think it'd be fairly beneficial!

Wow, well let's see... I'd love to be moderator for the forums here. I love spore and i love the spore forums, so what’s to say I wouldn't love helping the forums out in some way or form? Sure I’m not the oldest member here and I never will be. But you guys welcomed me to the forums in January with open arms, so why shouldn't I try to return the favor by helping this place out? At least, that’s the way I look at it.
I love these forums i really do, that’s no lie or 'suck-up' attempt on my part. I'm here a lot, I’ve even made a customized signature JUST for the spore forums (just for proof, i guess you could say). Nowhere else have I used it, or plan to. So I’d be an awesome job to help run the website. Of course it is up to you whether I am one or not, and I won't beg you for the position. I trust in your judgment on this, as should all. I'm just here to offer my hand in support. If you need me, I’m all here for you. If not, I’ll be here if you ever do.

I can't apply, because i've broken the third part of rule number two...(Section Two, Line Three of the Mod Manual)...i bet Coffefreat would love to be a mod, though...

It is up to your own judgement if you would like to apply, Sporefox. Even if you believe you've broken rules, if you reform yourself, you can still qualify for potential modship.

Im on atleast once a day ill ussally log on later on in the night cause i ussally have something to do when i get home

I ussally get 1-2 posts in a 3 day peroid im not a posting type of person ill throw in my opinion when i want to but for the most part im not a big poster i like to sit back and read posts instead

Past experience in modding?:
No not really ive played with the invision free mod/admin commands a little but in games im ussally a good leader although people sometimes cant understand because of my spelling errors witch i constantly work on (yeah right lol)

Why do you want to become a mod?:
Ive always loved to help people and im really not that big of a fan of hackers(the ones that try to ruin peoples time unlike me)or advertisers going from forum to forum and i can ussally solve peoples problems and if i cant ill ussally try and look it up to help them even if it takes me awhile and thats about it i guess

The only thing i could think of at the moment that would give me problesm as a mod is that im not very good with grammer so on the internet i tend not to use it and that may conuse some people reading my messages and some people might get confused reading this post lol
My final comment i guess would be i love spore and these forums are the first ive really ever got involved in everyone ive met on these forums ive made friends with (atleast i think so :P) and i know ive broke the rule about cursen ill admit it i do have a slip of the tounge every once in awhile (i don know how my tounge could slip while typing but its the best i could think of) hey cool this was my 99th post

I like this site, and, even though I probably wouldn't need to uses the powers of a mod much (you guys are pretty good about the rules, anyway :)), this site is expanding, and problems (such as the one dude who posted a link leading to some sort of sexuality test) will probably happen more and more often as the site grows in popularity. I don't have some big speech like Keys does, (if I made one, it'd probably look just like Key's anyways, so. . .)
