You should add some kind of chatroom to the site, so people can just talk. I mean, theres a lot of times when I wish that I could just talk with someone instead of posting.

We've tried a shoutbox before (which is essentially a thing you can chat with if you're both on) and it was a failure.

It would probably be best to get someone's AIM/YIM/MSN screenname and talk to them through that or by PM.

But if there is enough interest, I might consider it.

Hmmm... I like the chatrooms PI has, they've been a lot of fun. We use groupboard which while it has had it's issues it has a drawling board and games, and I have fond memories of fun times in the PI ones.

You need to host it somewhere is the only thing... but if you have no where, I could host it on my own site for you (just like the PI ones). You could then have a sticky topic linking to it.
