Title: News Vault Added

I've created a new forum called the News Vault, found right beneath the Rules forum.
This will be the place where older news topics will be moved. Only admins can post there, but anyone can read the topics inside (minus banned members, naturally). These include old "Goal" topics like "1000 Posts!" and such.
Thought it might make the News forum a bit cleaner and we'd have less pinned topics.

This sounds like a good idea... on the less pinned topics point, have you thought of just unpinning them? But yes, good idea. *nods*

Yes, I suppose it is just "admin"...non-plural. LOL.
The thing is, that some of them are topics I'd like to keep, so if I unpinned them, they would just end up at the end of the forum, never visible. This way, at least people can go in there and see old stuff right at the top like that. :D
