guys...on my board...I have 45 posts, but when I try to create a new Topic it won't let. Or does it mena in THIS forum I have to have 35 posts?

THIS forum...we cannot control YOUR forum. Members have specific permissions depending on posts. Shortly, however, we will be upping the "Elite Member" status one more time to 50 posts.
Once you reach the level currently required (whether it is 35 or 50 or somewhere between), you can post your site. ;)
