A ShoutBox is sort of like a multiperson IM - not quite like a chatroom - sort of a mix. Check it out in the Members section under the Shoutbox forum.

OKAY! All is fixed. I accidentally only put the ablility to see the forum under Admin! Whoops! It's all fixed now. Members, Elite, and Admins can all see the shoutbox and may use it whenever.

Hmm...well, did you see the SHOUTBOX forum, or did you see it and enter it and SEE the actual shoutbox or what? Cause most of the other people couldn't see it.

I would suppose! But it's there if someone wants it - it's not required that you use it, of course. But I suppose it could be of some use - especially for leaving messages to other members without creating cluttered posts all over the forum.
