A slight change has been made - now that we have over 3000 posts (I'm so proud of you all for helping rack up posts here!), I've decided that I'm going to have to restrict some of the great ways to 'spam' up a forum.
Because we have a Billboards section that requires a certain amount of posts to post in, I've decided to disallow a member's post count to go up when they play a game in the game section - this is simply a precaution - and trust me, I'm sure you'll have no problems - now you can post all you want in there.

Yeah, and besides, I couldn't care less about how many posts I actually have. To me its just a number. :)

I had a feeling nobody would mind - that's why I'm doing it.
I was surprised to see some members with posts higher than I thought they would have - mostly because they joined within the last month or SOMETHING along those lines - and I first thought of games forum - which seems to have grown a bit since I've been gone.
No problems, though, I hope. Just trying to add stuff up to fix up the forum in every way possible. ;)

Not at all, or at least not at all in my eyes. To me, it shows that you enjoy to interact with the community, which I think should be valued. I probably should come onto spore more often than I do <_<

Nope, but it was something that Sims2Talk did, and we sort of "share" ideas...our rather, sometimes we take an idea from the other site and sometimes they take ours... :lol:
I just would like, since we ARE growing, to be able to start controlling spam before it starts - you guys have been great - so I have no worries, but who knows if we'll have a troublemaker in the future? All this is is a precaution - and I'm sure you all don't mind if your post count doesn't raise when you play a game.... :D
