you know what i have been looking at the fansties and they suprisingly have fourms with 1 or 2 members BAAAH i think they should just chuck that and put a link to this fourm in its place except other language sites. beacuse if we made this a unversal fourm then as time went on SOOOOOO many ppl would join this fourm.

What fansites? Spore fansites? Forums are quite hard to get going because there are just so many, so I can understand why some only have a couple of members. (I've given up on my forums a number of times and are sticking to these more popular major ones)

I don't know what I think about this forum being universal, for one the name is "Spore Forums" so its obviously limited at the moment, but I also think it would take the shine off other great universal forums like Pink Imeon.

there would be ppl on this fourm when SPORE comes out
then instead of having 4 spore fourms with 250 members
there would be just one with 1,000!

That's a cool idea, but I don't see it happening. No one is going to want to close their forums and go here... and what about Snooty Spore? That one is soo large, just because all the Snooty Sims members joined. Snooty would never close it down.

well i tryed but iyt didnt turn out so well. this idea seemed good at the time but a few ppl have set me straight to the unversial fourm is a bad idea.

Hmmm...I highly doubt this could go through - obviously reaching all the forums and having them agree would be a problem - many of the smaller ones that still have some active members would want power - meaning that there would be about fifty moderators.

Then, like mentioned (and the first thing that came to my mind) - SNOOTY.

Snooty is the big, evil site that you just can't get rid of. If they were going to have a Spore Universal site, it would be Snooty, just because of sheer numbers.

Just so you know Ace, I like this forum, way better than Snooty Spore! The members are so friendly here, and the place has a good vibe. ;)

Well, thank you very much! I would have to agree - Snooty is just too obnoxious, but they still are a great site for news (still boycotting them, however...they still were evil to do what they did to this forum), unfortunately.

I love this place - I love having admin power over a GROWING community that actually doesn't die out - hopefully we'll continue growing in posts, members, and everything else!
