I have court on thursday for assault on an officer so if I disapear for a few months yall know why. I didn't do it in case any of yall were wondering.

Not if there's video of it. I don't know for sure wether the vid was blocked or not though cause I don't remember wether or not the door between the camera and me was shut.

How was Court Travi?

No video. T'was blocked. All of the witnesses for the state had completly different stories and somehow the judge still came to the conclusion I was guilty. I shall post full story later.

The video WAS blocked. My lawyer decided it would be best to go to trial rather than plead guilty, so we did. All of the states witnesses clearly lied witch is obvious because there stories were all different. One of my teachers even said that I assaulted 2 cops. I mean what the hell. Where he got that from I have no clue. So then my lawyer called my mom to the stand and she testified to what actually did happen.(see my original post) One of the teachers actually did tell it like it was, of course the judge didn't believe 1 teacher and my mom over a cop and my other teacher who is a fucking asshat. I was found guilty.

Then my lawyer did something to get the sentancing delayed. I don't remember the name of it. He did it on the basis that I am now in tharepy and taking meds for bipolar. We may be able to get it down to a misdemeanor if I don't get into any more trouble before my next court date in september. When the trial started everybody was looking down on me like I had done something wrong but I could tell by the end they all knew something was up with the states case.
Funny part is the security guard in the courtroom looked exactly like the one in the movie my cousin vinny. LOL

Lol well dang Travi, good luck with it. Hopefully you'll get off on a small charge. maybe a few hours of community service or something and have it closed on your record.
