Title: Create the Official RSM PSotW Banner

I am in need of a banner for the winners of the Official RSM Pixel Sig of the Week Competition.
I would like it to be small so that winners may put multiple ones in their signature, and I would like it to either be gold, or look like a plaque. The point is that it looks like a reward. It needs to have room for the text "RSM PSotW #?? Winner" on it.
Post them here and the person with the best looking one will have it be used as the official underbanner!

Well that is the upcoming contest were doing.
If we do another contest besides PSotW, we can use it for that too I guess (or get a different one, we'll see)

Sometimes it says I can't use image tags. I'll try again now.. :)
