Hey guys, Check this out me and some friends one time (about 20 or so) had this idea to do a Civil War theme.......Sounds lame i know...depends on what battle you theme it form and the way you play it. Its kinda like dodge ball only you get to move. Works some thing like this

first off no preloading the hoppers there empty

next you can only load one ball out of 1 tube at a time and fire that one ball. (simulates the reload rate for back then)

We did like a Gettysburg battle and all but pickets charge (didnt really have enuff players for it)

we made 2 potato guns for cannons and only cannon crews could fire (normaly a 4 man crew but we made it 2 )

Next had to fire abrest in a line when fighting Unless there was a ordered charge

If there was a chage ordered you charged and fought normaly (still loading and shooting 1 ball at a time )

we had ammo bonuses and if a cannon got taken it was yours till it got taken back

theres some other stuff too what do you guys think ?

we have been thinking about a Revolutionary War game that ran similar. Use one ball and form battle lines. In either case, you would probably need to add a few more "missions" to fill out the day.

thats not a problem. we did gettysburg a battle that lasted 3 days in real life we used the first 2 days of battle and that took up most of the day we played. we also did a vicksburg battle.

Revolutionary would have been good just there battles lasted like 30 to 40 min in real life or they were seges

the civil war had days long battles with diffrent aspects and seneros with in the battle if you know your history or know some one who does then its rip with missions....depnding on what battle you try to do and you can inlude almost all types of paint ball with a added twist

the guys i used to pay with (they have mostly stoped palying now) Loved it we all had a blast with it
