Officially the movie was cancelled and never started, but, from the clip I'd say that there will be one. Halo 3 game sales have been huge so they already have an market to come to a movie and when has Hollywood ever passed up a chance to make money? I think the clip was made to test the interest.

The clip was made by a SFX company called Weta Works....they made these clips for E3 when microsoft unvailed there Halo 3 you can see the rest of the clips at there site that i will link below . There should be 3 all together with the one Toby posted there 2 clips before that one.
