All sides say what your general opinion of the day was.

As a ringwraith, I really enjoyed the game alot. I thought it ran smooth from a "running perspective"

Great Job on the theme day guys. My compliments to the creators, officials, and all players today.

I admit I'm more of a killer than a mission runner, but I found myself running a couple missions today, and actually following the storyline as it developed. It was a great script, and tied into the field layout very well.

Once again, Great Job. I look forward to the next one.

Special thanks.

-Toby and the proshop staff: The shop ran real smooth today, and I can see where that can be hard with that many people needing all the things it takes to play as hard as we did.
-Chris: Orc general, MVP for Orc side, no question. Ran missions in second half by himself.
-Creators: You need a name for your organization.
-Foolybear: For one of the best one on one battles Ive had in a long time (probably since the last time I was on opposite team as him)
-Official: Good job keeping that many players in check.
-Pops: Good job getting out there with that camera.
-Ring Wraiths: I think that was a great idea. Really helped in those times when the balance is naturally tilted to one side.

And a great big thumbs up to Emily. She played like a champ today. Good for her for getting out there in a scenario, where players can unintentionally take more shots than needed. Good for you.

Thanks for the compliments. Gus and I try to do the best we can when it comes to writing themedays. We tried some new things with this one and it worked out great. The game ran very smoothly from a production standpoint.

Cheers

Thanks for the compliment. I just figured as general (with the help of Josh) that it wasnt about how many people I hit. And I know some of the people were just scared of getting eat up with some of the people. I just wish I could have done better.

We had the sticks and the grenade to finish ours. But with my gun going down and so much paint on my mask I just couldnt see to do it.

I just dont think it would have given us the win, though it would have been closer.

I do want to thank the guys that did help me out. Zach great job on the cover fire and helping with the first mission in the woods. All we lacked was the ring at the end. But by us getting the ring the first helped tie the first half up.

Next time I may have to get a semi...I may shoot more paint but I will do more damage. I just realized that most of the 2nd half I ran with out a gun. But the way the paint was breaking, and the horrible shot I am no one could tell.

For my first theme day it was fun...I just wish more people would have helped with the missions...I am too fat to do all that running. It is a good thing I am stupid and stubborn.

I agree with the comments above - well run theme day all around. This one had few delays, great missions, and I like the format with the generals able to pick which missions they want to run when. The 10 minute insertions also worked well. LOTR didn't have some of the bottlenecking problems as previous theme days, thanks to the mission layout and the ringwraiths (who chased me all over the field all day). Fun stuff.

You kind of hate to vote for the peformance of your own theme day but I did think it went very well. I wanted to point out that Michael and I received alot of help from several people thta really made this turn out like it did.

Thanks to refs Eddie, Tony, & Beck for not only helping us set up and take down the props but for doing a real good job in reffing and keeping the theme day going.

Thanks also to Chris, Josh, Brian and Andy for being generals. Unless you have played that role, you have no idea of the beating you can take.

To Pops and the rest of the guys/gals in the pro shop. I know alot of you had gun issues yesterday. Keep in mind that Toby and Pops would both like to be out playing but instead and trying to make it fun for you guys.

Most of all thanks to Toby. I've said it before and I'll say it again, most of you have no idea of the time and mony Toby puts into the theme days. He made almost all of the props and and I think "Shelob" looked great.

The one down side was I missed seeing Chris's "LA" on that ladder fighting that dummy.

chris, great job.... i wish i could have been there for you more, but i had to try and keep the airball field clear or else they would have came behind us and shot us all to hell. overall, i enjoyed everything except for the first mission.....there was a real problem when they were shooting into our spawn and killing us before we could even get out.

Yeah. I think maybe having a couple more of the ring wraiths would have helped you guys out also. I think mayeb the respawn could have jumped up 5 or 10 more mins. That would have helped with some of the missions. Because it seems like sometimes as soon as we would get started that they would get to come out and rush us. I just wish that our guys would have attacked more like they did in the woods. I have no complainents on our team when we were in the woods. But when we got ot the city it seems as if alot of them were timid.

Josh you did an awesome job. I am glad that the barrel and having thestock class belt helped you.

After that theme day. I am honestly thinking about getting a semi.

Overall I thought the theme day ran great. The missions and script were awesome and the ringwraiths made things run a lot smoother than they did in godfather. Only complaint I have is that there needs to be a buffer zone or something around the spawn points that the opposing team can't shoot into, got a little old getting shot out the moment you left the base.
