I had a janitor hang his backpac to his cart and he never had to go back to his closet to get it.
I have been putting this in the website several places and finally this am I brought my cart from the basement to the 1st floor and then I went down and got my vacuum. Today I'm going to get some rigging to put it on my cart.
I found an aluminum tubular J hook with two screw holes in it and a yellow plastic cap. I have a cart with one square trash can. I mounted the hook in back by the handle supports. Check to see if the height is right and it doesn't touch the floor when mounted. Also check to see if you will be hitting it when walking. I just have to connect the straps so they don't drag. You might be able to mount it on the front, but then you have to check the weight balance so it isen't a bear trying to cross a raised portion of the floor. Like a threshold.
