If your stripping a room and you plan to do the hall after the room has been stripped and waxed make sure when your stripping the room to strip out into the hall so when you strip the hall the stripper doesn't run onto your nicely waxed room floor. Here they cram towels under the door and tap them to the floor using masking tape to protect the waxed rooms.
Only lay one layer of wax approx 5 inches from the wall therefore next summer you will have less to scrape next summer when your stripping.
