I am a Navy veteran with 4 yrs as a medical Corpman and lab tech assistant. I was also field med with the 3rd Marine. At present I'm a retired 30 yr. policemen that has worked for six years in every school in the district and with every custodian. I also worked for Marston cleaning Service at the local paper Mill for 3 months. After 3 months I found out that other workers were getting $.50 more an hour. I said pay or I walk; I walked. I now clean the P.D. and City Hall.

If I post alot its not because of arrogance its all about sharing with others and wanting likewise. I know that there are similarities between custodians and how they work and differ by their experience and training. I was trained by on the job and was open to all the custodians only to change because of effectiveness,personal safety or time efficency.. But this is a different ball game because it opens up from many voices to one common source of sharing and help on this site.
