This is Johnson Diversys product and I'm getting it because of a freak. I contacted a janitorial supplier and made an inquiry of a non threatening disinfectant. They sent me the literature but the only thing I saw of it was the brochure that my boss threw into the paper trash. I briefly looked at it and forgot it. Then I got an email from the company that my employer paid for the product but did not place an order. WoW. I called them up and said send it.
I was using Essential industries H2O2 and that has a slight orange odor.
I'm still using this product dispite the article test of this products effectiveness that I posted on this site and that some bacteria growth was accelerated after use. I keep using it because I feel that I'm content with the results in a low traffic restroom and my personal health is somewhat less threatened. I'm waiting for green competition to introduce a better and more effective substitute.
Diversy claims 1 minute bacteria elimination and 10 minuted TB elimination.
I wish that we had a Consumer Reports for janitorial products or chemical cleaners. A buyers guide for getting the biggest bang for your buck. Anybody have connections with Consumer Reports?

Example of use; standard 3.0% hydrogen Peroxidea requires 75 minutes to kill Poliovirus Type I. The active in Oxivir Tb Cleaner Disinfectant-0.5 hydrogen peroxide-requires just one minute
I just sprayed two bathrooms and returned to the first one in 5 minutes and found it much more authoritative than the other two peroxides I have used.
I was bothered by the fact that I printed the sales brochure on this product. I am not endorcing this product. For one reason when I flipped over the brochure they had the RTD peroxide that I have used and the school here had it and it says contains accelorated peroxide. Now whats the difference or are they shaking the tree to get us to look at a smaller tree. Hydrogen Peroxide is a high profit product. Its right there with popcorn and soda pop. Its got a very high dilution rate anotherwords more product use. They have put Oxyvir TB only in premix spray bottles and provide spray nozzles that put out a lot of product in a spray aerosol. It is a money maker for the industry and does it make a difference if its 74 minutes faster than other peroxides in killing polio viruses.
The school janitors here do not have any confidence in the use of Hydrogen Peroxide. Diversy calls Oxyvir TB a cleaner, but makes no comments on its effectiveness as a cleaner. Chemical companies are going green $$$$$$$$$
