Title: Don't Know what to do

 We got a new Boss. We were great friends until now. I am the black sheep of the bunch. We all clean different buildings so I guess I should not worry about it. But it gets to me. I mean I thought I could trust the people I work with but I found out the hard way. You see I have used all my time due to my back. And they are on me for that and that I have no time and I miss a lot of time. I have but I only miss when I am so sick I just can't do it. I have sugar too. They new this when I got the job 5 years ago. I just feel really hurt and don't know what to do. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has sent me emails called to check on me or anything. I guess I have learned that you should watch what you say and whom you trust. I work my butt off and built up a lot of time over the summer when we had a lot of people out. Then there was another worker I thought I could trust just like my new boss and I told them a lot of stuff, complain when stuff was not done when I was out because I herd about it. Also I had made the remark that if I did not get this day off I would call in sick. So I know I did some stuff I should not have done, but then when I missed time with my back and a death in the family they did not believe me. Then my new boss went back and told the other workers what I had told her about what people had said that was not done while I was gone. So now no one talks to me at all. I have no idea what to do. I just now go into work and do my job and that’s it. I will have my review soon and I really am not looking forward to it. Any ideas what I should do?

:sorry: I really don't know what to tell you about this.I know it's been about 3 weeks since you posted this so I'm wondering what happend? Did you get your review? Are the other people still mad at you? Do you still work there? The only thing that come's to mind is what goes around comes back around.
