When stripping floors, Do you use any kind of special shoes or shoe covering for safety? We have had several custodians fall in the stripper and looking for ways to avoid the falls. seestars

you could wear rubbers,i wear sneakers but by the end of summer(stripping season)they are shot.you can also rubber band on oieces of floor pad to the bottom of your shoes-special footwear made this way can also be purchased but the best thing is just be more careful and be sure you have the proper dilutions of water and stripper.

:hi: I use the inside to the floor pad ( you know the little round thingy in the middle ) and rubber bands to old sneakers that I have just for stripping and waxing. It also helps if you know a little about ice skating. Because no matter what , its SLIPPERY.
