Here is a site with training video's. There are some good tips for those looking to improve themselves.

[I]I watched the sample clip for the video. The video looks good but i would like to add some comments for learning purposes. Its like law enforcement training videos; there videos of cops getting killed or attacked and are watched to see what he did wrong.
In the video as the gentleman is cleaning he reaches up and adjusts his glasses with his glove or did he transfer all the contaminates from a portion of his gloves to his facial area. In cleaning the toilet he kneals down on the floor and contaminates his clothing and in wiping the underside of the bowl you risk contaminating your forearms and clothing. It probably wouldn't bother you until you scratch your skin through your clothing with your bare hand or take something out of your shirt pocket and then handle your break sandwich or rest your sandwich on your knee. . Cleaning toilets in this manner over a 15 year period would warrant a review of ergonomics.
In cleaning a toilet or urinal I use a bunnytail to distance myself from the contaminates and fumes.
In the beginning I possessed a superman attitude that I was impervious to contaminates, fumes, chemical spills on skin and did not have to wear gloves or using brains over braun when moving heavy objects. Because of this site I started listening to physical complaints of back problems and health problems of older janitors. The complaints included cancer. Until I found this site and stepped back and looked at what I was doing and decided that I would avoid being a lab rat.
When you destroy your body where are you going to live.
This is what this website is for; to advance techniques and procedures to protect us by sharing cleaning ideas with fellow cleaners from around the world.
