Title: Carpet in bathroom
Description: Boss doesn't like cold feet.

Boy throwing a piece of carpet on the bathroom floor is a real barricade on my road. The floor was tile so I would simply mop the floor dailey. I left my boss a note explaining that because the bathroom is public and that everytime someone flushes the toilet that the sneeze puts coliform bacteria into the air. I told him that since there are no stall partitions the rug is subject to direct bacteria fallout. I told him that when you mix this every increasing coliform bacteria with water and dryed skin cells it becomes a very active colonized petri dish and stepping in that with warm feet can lead to possible problems especially the transfer from feet to hands when putting on socks. I suggested that he trade the rug for some disposible paper shower mats. Its one of those things like you can't say I didn't tell you so.
The water dripping off the body washes the bacteria on the surfaces deeper into the nap of the carpet fiber.
I just realized that I put this in the ideas post rather than the discussion area. Sorry, I've been up all night so I'm going to catch some z's
