Title: I've fallen into the habit again
Description: and I can't get up

The habit is one that starts with M and ends with agicthegathering.
Yup, have gotten back into playing that moneysucking game yet again. This is like my 30th revisitation. And it's all thanks to 2Play in BG, since they're holding weekend tournaments that require no cards and merely twelve bucks. The only bad thing is that they're at 9pm, so they play havoc with my sleepin' schedule. But other from that (sorta like "Cartoons what aren't anime"), it's all goodie too shoes. And yetis. Can't forget yetis.

Don't do that to M!
What's he ever done to you, man? Come on, it's not like you're helping him or yourself. :(
Especially after the Yeti Disaster, we can't have you going around doing things like that. I mean, someone could get killed for a fourth time this time!

Hey now, I don't think I started your obsessions with Agic the Gathering :P
My sister used to play lots of Magic the Gathering though. THat's the only relating thing I can post on this thread, because I've never gotten into this game...Which is why M never got you started!! :D

Noooo, not teh magics!!!
I saw a starter deck for whatever watered down, identical to the last set, set they're on now, sitting in a store the other day. They're $13 now. Nuts to that. I'm glad i quit. I do miss my cards though, and the sweet, sweet moxes that binder contained.
But do i miss smug nerds with more money than me stomping all over my hard-built decks? Nah.

It's like a drug addiction where instead of just being relaxed and smoking, it's a race to see who can get lung cancer the fastest. :P
And I do believe this is the fifth Magic: The Gathering thread TCB has had in its five+ year run. One per year isn't that bad.

I had some good fun a couple of years back when I was coming to tournaments with decks built from the slim cross-section of cards that I had from 5+ years earlier that were still legal, and just a couple of new ones I'd traded from people, and still coming in first or second place every time. It's just too bad the only prize was more cards. :D
