Title: Sa Ga 2 DS

Just in case ya'll haven't heard, Final Fantasy Legend II is being remade for the DS. It makes sense that they'd make the sequel instead of the first game due to the first game was already remade twice (WonderSwan Color and Cellphones, in Japan only.) Even though Square is really lame for continuing making 3D on a system that is just simply too weak to make anything but ugly 3D games, Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy IV should paint a (not so) pretty picture of how bad this game will look, but I'm still psyched about it. Too lazy to link, check my site for the images or do a quick search for the scans that are out there (one is a good quality scan, the other is just horrible camera pictures.)

I'm psyched about it because to me SaGa 2 is when the series started getting things right.

I know what you mean, but I still have hella love for the first one. I don't know why, but to me the first FFL was just so damn fun. It used so much from FF1 that I couldn't help but love it. However, they need to release Romancing SaGa 2 on some system, even if it's the DS. That way we can finally get it in english, the ps2 one was a remake of the first and the third was fan-translated, that just leaves RS2...

I've still only played the first game, so I guess that's when the series got good for me. :D

Added some better quality screenshots to my site, check it out lost-saga.com and go to the SaGa 2 section.
They seem to be going a different route with the 3D graphics when compared to FF3 DS and FF4 DS, which is a good thing, kinda resembles Dragon Warrior IX. Still looks horrible for anything post-2004, but only time will tell if that's a good thing or not.

They're better than FF3+4, that's for sure. They're not exactly bad, but not great either. They'll probably look a little better in motion too.

Awesome. I've always had fond memories of this game, it helped pass time on many trips. Can't wait to play it through again, lost my original cart ages ago.
