Weather

Redwood Gully
The girths of the trees are huge here while the famous Redwood trees cover the area in massive amounts. Their long branches cover the sky, creating a canopy like effect only letting in small shafts of sunlight. Which even then is not enough to be visually stable within.
The ground is covered with a soft almost moss like texture. Made out of the molding bark of the fallen trees. Old hollows, now abandoned by others are created by the fallen trees create perfect dens for the wolves. And many of the females take advantage of this when it is their time to birth pups.

Expansion
The land here is furtile and fresh - long grass covers everything in sight, only losing its color when winter comes and cuts out its sources. It is here within this open plain that the wolves of both packs can come and find game that roams here.
Yes food also does find its way into their own lands, however it is the larger game that prefer the Expansion making elk a main source of meat during the late summer and fall. The herds of their food source also use the Expansion to make their voyages to other lands during the winter. Making it easy to obtain a meal.

The Brine
This is the place within the territory that reminds you the most of the sea. Filled with scents that make a wolf nose tingle it is an eventful place to be. Sometimes if you follow the winding way of lush green grass that marks the area you can even hear the crashing of waves off in the distant. The rushing of water.
However be warned, it is very open here - not providing enough cover for the weaker wolves such as pups who can not fend for themselves. Also, there are parts in the grass that have been worn down. Creating a trail like apperence which would remind someone of a path that the two-legs make have once walked on.

Ridge Creek
The river that runs through The Lands empties out here. Creating a murky bog in the area, filling it was dark colors and rank smells. The grass due to the fact it is wet all the time, has taken a brown unhealthy color. Which in turn means that few trees grow, except for the hardy Elms.
However beauty is added to this setting as the water basin that has been created here trickles down small streams given a peaceful feeling. Also, if one looks hard enough they might even be able to catch a fish off gaurd if they were unlucky enough to not be able to stay upstream. Though overall it is a perfect place to escape the day to day.

Sun Rocks
The name says it all, these are the rocks that are placed in the most beautiful spot within the area of the packlands. They almost look like a jade or limestone substance, and they rise up toward the sky with three different levels for the wolves to gather upon.
However the main reason the rocks have their name is due to the fact that the sun faces upon them the whole time it is within the sky. Creating almost a warming bed feeling to the earth. It is due to this that the wolves here find comfort in sitting or napping upon the rocks.

Castroy Thorn
A strange land. A very strange land indeed. Found right after the divide the Leaders of both packs wondered if to include it within the range, the conclusion was mutual. Laying in a place where it always seems to be hott even in winter due to its low elevation. Off in the distance if one travels far enough they will come to a small waterfall which is connected to the river. Though beware, wolves say they see things here. Spirits maybe, or some just go crazy.
Though the land has been extended now, including a small river that feeds into the waterfall. Surronding this are smaller plants - ferns and such common to hotter weather and the low altitude.

Overhang
This is the place where a wolf could chose to look out upon the lands. While a smaller rise then some of the other more pronounced elevations in the pack land. It is much steeper then anything else in the area and with that, it makes it only reasonable for the more agile wolves to make such a climb.
However once you reach the top, rocks seem to jut out from underneath the grass and ferns allowing a feeling of floating to be felt by the viewer. However be careful where you tred wolves have been known to fall here.
