US 17th Airborne Pathfinders prepare to clear a dropzone for the US 82nd airborne division which will be jumping into nijmegen (Photos in Arnhem).
17th September 1944 The 1st pathfinder lands "Damn wheres johnny?"  "Lets just unhook n I'll find him..."  "Right lets get up n find him"  "Right lets reload and go"  |
