Photobucket has the ability to add speech bubbles in its editing tools, however I use Comic Life, http://plasq.com/comiclife-win which is quite cheap to buy.

Ade, with powerpoint first go to format across the top, then slide layout. A variety of layouts appear, click the plain page version, then go to the insert button across the top and click. A drop down menu comes up, go to picture then file and search for what pic you want. Click on the pic then insert. This is usually bigger than the page so I nomally reduce it by dragging the corner down, it just makes it easier to work with.
Go to autoshapes (along the bottom on my version), and onto callouts. A variety of bubbles appear, click on which one you want. Place your mouse on the pic and drag, holding down the left button, and it will draw it. you can then move it to where you want. Just type what you want in the bubble. If you want to change the colour of the bubble, go to auto fill (also along the bottom) and select what you want.
Once you have finished, place your cursor top left (or right) of the pic, hold down the left mouse button and drag to draw a square around the picture, then right click the mouse and select group. This joins the txt and pic together. All you have to do know is save (make sure you select jpeg otherwise it saves as EWM and you wont be able to upload it to photobucket or similar).

This sounds complex but its a lot easier to do than to explain 36_1_13.gif
