I was talking with one of you admins and I see so much potential in this board, but someone needs to step up and recruit. Theres a great corps of people here, but we need to do something to attract some members and keep them here. I don't really have much ideas yet but I'm sure I can help out around here in the future. Great job to SN, for recruiting me.

Thanks for the feedback man. I wish we could let you guys see what goes on inside our staff meetings, because we have a lot of stuff planned for FYI including recruitment.

We continually look for new ways to bring people here, we just haven't got the ball rolling yet.

Right now we are relying on word of mouth, but believe me, we got some ideas that should help bring more people in.
