Horde for me, surprizeingly enougth.

Godzilla armies are murder on my IG, who have very few low-AP weapons.

Horde armies are extremely difficult on my Eldar, as there are just too many of the little blighters to effectively 'soften up' before my assault troops hit the board.

But, if you were to reverse the armies, my Eldar would roast the Godzilla list, earning a massacre within the first few turns of the game.

Same thing when my IG hit the swarm. I once took out 70+ gaunts in one turn of promethium death, well aided by a volley of high powered flashlights. It wasn't pretty for the hive.

The first hard fought draw, and one of my best games ever, came from a balanced Bug list using walking and flying big bugs with both walking and flying little bugs. The threats came from nearly all directions and enemy units were in my face from the very first turn. The draw ended in favor of my IG, but the casualty pile for my IG had never been greater. I placed 2nd in this local tourney, while the Bug player took third. Would've been the other way around had his entire army been painted, as mine was. His other two games were massacres against more specialized armies.

Well I don't have any nids yet. But I think that I am going to have mainly a horde army with maybe one or two fexes and a super powerful tyrant.
