well, I am back and going to try Eldar one more time. the first time I just didn't have the time or money to build a proper army. so I sold off what I had with hopes of trying again. well now that I have some projects finished up and some money from birthday/christmas I will give them another try.

I thought this is a perfect excuse to start another army. I had just recently finished a 1k Tau army, and found my way to finally finish an army. I build only one squad at a time, when it is built I paint it till it is done. so I figured a CP shouldn't take to long to complete, and would be easy to add additional squads to make it a full army.
