Wasn't quite sure where to put this post, so here will do. Is anybody else aware of the new Dawn of War expansion coming out next year? I didn't really like the first two but Dark Crusade really blew me away (not hard, I'm a skinny guy). I've read that this new expansion; Soulstorm feature two new races, DE and Sisters of Battle. YAY! Also there are more campaign missions, which is great

As this is Games Workshop related I moved the topic here, though knowing our forum it'll probably get less notice than it might of on the Off Topic board ;)

I've definately heard a few things about it, and it will be interesting adding Dark Eldar to the mix. It'll make almost all the races in the 40K universe playable now on DoW.

What will be interesting to see is if the Sisters of Battle can field Inquisitors, assassins, Argo Flagelants and the likes. Or if it will practically be a pure Sisters of Battle army.

I've only played the demo for DoW, but being a big fan of StarCraft, I think it's a great game and I intend on picking it up (at some point. B) )

It's worth it. You should at very least pick up the origional (to play online) and then Dark Crusade to get all the other races like Tau, Necrons and Imperial Guard. Or you could wait until Soul Storm is released and get that instead.

I wonder if there's any word on them marketing a 4-pack when the new one comes out so I can pick up all the expansions at once.

They have that now with the "Platinum Edition" where I can get Winter Assault and Dark Crusade.
