The Dark Elder race will rule the universe. The other races will fight to near extinction and the DE will take advantage of the turmoil to take billions and billions of slaves.

They will move out of the Webway and re-establish their dominance of the galaxy

humanity will have torne itself apart the emporor will truly be dead and chaos will rule a large portion of the galaxy, the necrons will have a serious foothold and the tyranids will have destroyed either the orks or the tau, the dark eldar and the eldar will have hidden in there myriad of tunnels in the webway while whats left of the space marines will continue to fight for a cause that haslong since died, they will fight until extinction. the eye of terror will have died out and all chaos will soon come to an end.

and then the Old Ones will return and destroy the Necrons and tyranids and restor the former empire and re adopting the eldar into there midst. the stars will grow cold in the galaxy and the eldar and old ones will leave together to restart in a neighbouring galxy.
