Title: Xbox 360
Description: Advice needed

G'day guys,

Its been confirmed that my younger brother an I are getting an Xbox 360 for Christmas this year, primarily to get Halo 3. I loved the previous two Halo's (been playing Halo 2 non-stop ever since 3 was released to finish it on Legendary several times), and not only were they fun to play but the story line was really cool. I want the game almost more just to see how it all ends, let alone actually play it. Please don't post any spoilers or plot details if anybody has played it already.

Anyway, we're probably hoping to get at least another two games for the console, but I'm not really familiar with what's out there. I'm wondering if anybody knows of, or has played a really good game for the 360 that they could recommend? I'm thinking about Bioshock or F.E.A.R (if F.E.A.R is actually on the 360), because I've heard that they're both quite amazing, but to tell you the truth I crapped myself last time I tied F.E.A.R and I don't think either would be suitable for my brother. I also thought about Half Life 2 and Oblivion, but I've already finished them both on PC...so are there any suggestions? I'm more of a fan of serious FPS and RPGs with good plot lines, and I hate sports games with a passion!

Also if there are any PS3 players hanging about, I'm not interested. I've had a few friends and people at school try to convince me to buy a PS3 instead, but I'm way too much of an Xbox loyalist and Halo fanatic to be swayed any other way, so don't bother. ;)

Cheers, Cal

If you're going to give it a whirl I advise going back, finding an old Xbox, and playing it from Halo 1 right through to 3
