The idea comes from several sources like Stargate atlantis, Battlestar galactica and the Eldar Vyper.

Often used to speed ahead of the Dark Eldar army, in order to bring disorder within the enemy ranks.

sound pretty good to me.
Id probably go with AV 10 allround though cause our "heavy" ravagers have AV11.
