There is already a topic on the hardest army so i thought id go the other way and see which army you love seeing across the table. You Know. The one that makes you inwardly smile everytime you see it arrayed against you.

My Army: Dark Elder (Kabal of the Venomed Fang)

My opponents army: space marines ( in particular my mates blood angels)

i always smile when i see SM across the table. Those players always seem so smug, self righteous and cocky, even more so when i tell them im playing DE.
But no one is easier to beat than the player who thinks his troops are great and yours suck.
So simple outmanouvre, out shoot and choose your assualts carefully.
My Kabal has killed SM armies to the man in 4-5 turns. and the look on their faces when my "weak" DE clean him up is absolutely priceless.

My mate run a special character from the new BA codex and my archon killed him in turn 2 :D :D my mate was unimpressed to say the least

It really depends more on my opponent rather than the army they play. I find I can kick the spit out of my little brother's BT and DG really easily, but played both these armies against different players and lost badly. However I'd still say Space Marine style armies are still the easiest for my Eldar to beat as they are very much geeared towards fighting MEQs.

My Necrons also used to be able to totally own my friends Imperial Guard, until he worked up some experience with the army, and now he is one of the more challenging opponents for both my Eldar and Necrons to face!

Strange aint it 2 of the same armies. The reason for this is that my opponnents tend to play cc Eldar wich is useless if you go with the "Death from affar" Eldar.
