It's a fragile but nasty force. The reapers, wraithlord and pathfinders hold back and snipe, with the Autarch adding to the firepower with the Farseer dooming and guiding, unleashing the storm when he needs to.
When the other guy eventualy gets to my line, the wraithlord and Autarch switch to close combat mode and engage to protect the firing line.
The Scorpions work through cover to enage enemy infantry while the hawks and spiders run hop/fly around the field harassing and engaging targets of oppotunity.
It is designed to slow down and harass the enemy, breaking his plan and forcing him to fight according to mine.

Is an interesting list. Does it work well?
Personally I find your HQ choices to be very expensive though, and draws on valuable points that could be put into your troops. I'd drop the Autarch and put his points into boostering unit numbers, especially the Swooping Hawks and Warp Spiders. Small squads can tend to get overwhelmed by larger enemy squads because they can't put out enough punch to do damage.
Still, I can see this list working rather well.
