My wife and I are expecting our first child, and she really wants my hobby room to be the new nursery. So I began to move everything down the hall to my new hobby room. That's quite a list of collectables you have there. The amusing this is I spotted some things that I do or did own myself that weren't warhammer. Mainly Bat Man figures and Star Wars Lego. :D

Good luck getting rid of it all, looks like you'll be able to pay for the furniture in the babies room as well with what you could earn.

thanks Calaith, I am about half way there, the closer I get to getting rid of it all, the more I will discount the items, so keep your eyes open.
