hmm how can u loot a living creature? in the old days we had eldar dreadnougths (the old wraithlord model)

I take it the Dreadnaught was injured and the stone no longer had control of the construct, and then it was looted leaving the spirit stone behind I guess.

By the looks of it, the engine on the back and pistons on the legs make it move. In game terms it woudl most likely just be substituted into the rule for an Ork dread,
