Title: Not Normally A De Player
Description: But I'll give anything a go

Normally I’m an Eldar/Chaos Undivided/Witch Hunters person but I’m going to try and test this army list in a tournament coming up soon (just a friendly, local job) so I want a second opinion (or a 3rd and so on) before I fork over the money. :D

Dracon
-Agoniser
-Reaver Jetbike
-Combat Drugs
-Trophy Rack

Dracon
-Hellglaive
-Hellion Skyboard
-Soul-Seeker Ammunition
-Trophy Rack

10 Mandrakes

15 Warriors
-2 Splinter Cannons

15 Warriors
-2 Splinter Cannons

8 Raiders
-Sybarite, Power Weapon
-Blaster

8 Raiders
-Sybarite, Power Weapon
-Blaster

4 Reaver Jetbikes
-Blaster

4 Reaver Jetbikes
-Blaster

5 Hellions
-Blaster

5 Scourges
-4 Splinter Cannons

Raider

Raider

Ravager

Total: 1500

So I figure that this has to be one of the fastest lists that I have ever seen. I think I’ll try to bait the enemy with a nice large squad of Warriors, risky, but I think I can afford to lose a 140pt unit (cheaper than any other basic unit I have used in the past) You never know, I might get lucky and whittle down a unit or two. Meanwhile, the deceptively small units of incredibly fast everything else will run circles around the enemy. Choosing where and when I fight is going to be very very important in this list. I just don’t have the armour to take any army head on. Imperial Guard would be the only chance, and there are just too many of them….. Unless they take a nice Armoured company. Mmmmmm 5 Blasters in 5 units. *Evil laugh!*

-FA... Um Rep. On second thoughts, could any Admin reading this change my name to Fallen Angel?

Only problem with this army list is that it will get torn to bits by Necrons and since we have a lot of necron players here I thought I would mention that

Edit: Now that I'm thinking about it, this army would have trouble going against most armies. They are fast but will get ripped to shreads by the eldar holwing banshees, try adding in some Whyces. Also the squads will be destroyed quite quickly, due to the fact that eldar have very powerful skimmers.

Also get rid of the Scourges becasue they aren't the best. Also use either Skyboards or Jetbikes don't use both, they will die very fast if you do. Try spending the extra points on an Archon not a Dracon and give him some Incubi body guards.

It may not be the fastest army but it will have an upperhand

I wanted a list that didn't have Any Incubi. If i wanted a 3+save I would have stuck with my sisters.

I figure that I can choose my fights with this list, I don't really car if almost any gun ignores my armour. And I only know one Necron player and he doesn't play much i think.

I might change the scourges though, maybe invest in some wyches. Thanks for the advice

After reviewing it again, yea Wyches. They could do some pretty nice damage.

Also will your raiders will stick with Dark Lances right? If not I would get some DLs for your warrior squads.

get rid of the scourges not worth the points, get a ravager with 3 disintegrators for mobile fire support
get rid of the hellions, not worth the points.a weak breeze will knock thes guys off the skyboards.
get rid of the mandrakes, not worth the points

if you want a speed army use the bikes, 2 blasters and kit out the succubus.

i run my DE on the speed principal so feel free to have a look ( Kabal of the Venomed Fang) it might give you a few ideas as well.
