Title: Inquisitor Liechtenstein
Inquisitor Liechtenstein - November 24, 2006 01:51 PM (GMT)
Evening all.
Upon Calaith writting up Daemonhost II , I was inspired to paint the retinue of my Inquisitor Liechtenstein. I've had these models sitting around unpainted for a while, and this was just the incentive I needed to set aside the necessary time to paint these fellows. Anyway, here they are:
Inquistior and full (at the current point in time) retinue:

Servo Skull:

That is my Inquisitor and Retinue. I'm possibly looking into expanding the retinue sometime in the future, but I am unsure about this. I hope you all like him, and I look forward to hearing your feedback.

I like the inquisitor what model did you use for the body

i think it looks like a crusader body. am i right inquisitor?

You assume correctly. I cut of the head and shield, put on a new head, a psychich hood and some Scourging and we was done.

what I love about Liechtenstein's model, is that the origional crusader had a pretty stationary pose, holding the shield in the dirt and his sword one hand as if he were waiting for an oponent.
With your conversions and removal of the shield however, he no longer looks like he's leaning on it, and looks like he's actually dashing forward to cast scourging on his oponent...I'm hoping for the same effect on my Autarch when I convert it.
