Beaut model ain't it. I recon it would be the best represented of the Greater Daemons so far.
sorry dont like it, technically good but i find the other two done so far are more original and stylish also you will notice no special rules for this unlike the other two
they are really collectors peices although foguht against angratth figure and stats in one battle
IMHO, most of the Greater Daemons are better of as 'Collecters pieces', as they are a mere shadow of their former glory back in 2nd Edition!
I agree with Hardrain that he is less original than the Keeper of Secrets (I find the bloodthirster is much the same) but Unlike the others, this chappy can be used a lot easier on the tabletop. He's width and hieght are both the same at around 4-1/2 inches. Also, he is without a doubt, the most solid of the currant three GD's, so methinks he would stand-up best to the, "whoops, your guy just lept off the table onto the floor" trick. ;)
Each to their own, but I think he's the best GD model (for the above reasons) that they have released.
I do have to go with Zarakynel (Aka the GD of Slaanesh).
For some reason its one of the best models i've seen from Forgeworld. You want a good one, there was a thread on Boot Camp about how the new Avatar is mooning you...
I like the new Nurgle GD, but Angaron is just... meh.
If i ever do get a CSM army, then i'd love to be able to field on of the FW GD's. And if anyone comes within 36 in... :ph43r:
