Title: Battle Fleet Gothic
Description: Anybody?
Inquisitor Liechtenstein - September 9, 2006 09:44 AM (GMT)
Okay people, I currently have a medium fleet of Imperial BFG ships (quarter scale), and am about to construct a medium sized Chaos fleet for them to battle. I also sat down this afternoon and have really got stuck into reading the rulebook. From what I've read so far, this is a really well written and thought out game, and I look forward to start playing it.
My question to yuo all is who else plays BFG?

lol, I do I do! But of course you already knew that :P
Post some pictures of your Eldar fleet up when you get the chance. It may inspire some members here to create their own Eldar fleet!

I am just getting started in BFG; I have three fleets, about 2,250 points each; Imperial, Chaos and Eldar. I haven't done anything unusual with the minis, but I will hopefully be able to get some photos soon!

you're only just getting started, yet you have three different sizable fleets!
images would be cool. :)

Hehehe... If I am going to get started in anything in my area, I need to be the first lemming to jump! I have three fleets for BFG, four 40K armies, four Warmaster armies (soon to be five, thanks to the S.G. Competition) several Mordheim warbands and the startings of an O&G list for Warhammer Fantasy... and about three people to play against, most of whom I am just introducing to the games.
Pics will be forthcoming, as soon as I have a chance to borrow a friends digital camera again; the ships are too big to do on a scanner.

ive always been interested in BFG unfortunately no one here plays and i doubt id be able to get any mini's anyway.
If i could have a guarented opponent it woud be ok.
Most people here are wary of GW games that can get you an army for under $100, like when warmaster came out a few people (like myself) got most of the stuff and GW just let it die ( the obvious reason being that it wasn't a great money spinner)
And when BFG came out everyone here just said "oh not falling for that again'

BFG is what drew me to 40k.
I used to play FASA's Star Trek ship battles game (a variant on Star Fleet Battles) and when I saw BFG, that was it.
(I have a Void Stalker just waiting for me to put it together to lead my Eldar to battle.)
