Ok, alot of you guys will recognise this game. It was taken from Boot Camp and brought over to the CSG where I got it and brought it over here.
The rules are simply enough. There are a list of Craftworlds with a number next to their name. Each time you post you can either add 1 or take 1 point from 1 Craftworld listed. If a Craftworld reaches 0, it is out of the game. So essentially the idea of the game is to try and keep your favourit Craftworld in, and get rid of the ones you don't like.
There are a few other rules for fairness. You may only post again after two other people have posted after you, or two hours have passed since your last post. Thats to stop people posting over and over again to get their Craftworld up and others down.

Edit: Cal, I'd change the rules and take out the "After two hours rule" because as this forum isn't that big, it means that people will still be able to gang up on a craftworld on their own. Maybe even make it a day or half a day just to keep the game moving fairly.
