i am starting an eldar web-zine that i need a team for. these are the stations i need filled.


1 editor.

3 tactics writer (eldar, dark eldar, and harliequins)

3 fluff writers (eldar, dark eldar, and harliequins)

graphics designer for the pictures and the cover (FILLED)

battle reporter

conversion/painting (see below)

a showcase of minis from members all around this site will fill the conversion /painting part. if you have a pic of one of your minis that you want to show PM me it.

I'd like to volunteer for the part of the fluff writer. However I'm happy to share the possition if anyone else also wants to do it.


Also, you might want to give them all a little more detail into what a web-zine is, for those whodon't know.

My only issue is that I dont have a great deal of Eldar mini's, so perhaps consider in future issues an army showcasee open for any army.

i'll think about that.

I can do Eldar fluff, but it is very intensive and detailed in an encycolpaedic manner, Calaith could do actual stories.

cal, saitia, i will let you decide amongst yourselves how to split the fluff duties, one of you PM me when you have decided.

hmm i could probally do the Tactics Writer, my knoledge of them isnt to great but im more than capable of writing up tactics (see my Necron Tactica in the nercon par tof this forum

Calaith and I will informally 'share' the Craftworld Eldar fluff job, so that we decide who contributes each month.

I am to do the first issue, as Calaith is 'busy'.

okay just a little update, when you are ready to show me what you have done, ethier pm me with it or if it's on a word file attach it to an email and send it to me

1- What 'theme' will the first edition have?
2- As such, what tone do you want?

Just out of curiosity, roughly when is the first edition coming/due out?

well i want it to flow pretty well, you know make everything that is pmed to me and that makes it into the zine to fit together so it can be read at a pace the reader can adjust to.



1. dark, to suggest the gothic feel of 40K

as far as the due date, when everything is pmed to me, made into a PDF file, and i talk it over with cal it will probably a few weeks from now. i'm trying to take it slow and steady so all of our efforts will be moulded into somthing that we can make into a "skeleton" that we can work later issues from.

could i get a report on how the tactics are coming mepherat ran?

Might want to wait a bit until 'current' tactics with the new codex can be tested. I'll be glad to lend a hand with that, as I get the chance.
