Your probably wondering what OUBERS are.... well they are pokemon that are being fought over to be OU or Uber and until that is resolved they will stay in there and are BANNED. A poll will be put up to decide their tier.
I have put salamence in OUBERS strictly because of its stats and the ability to learn Outrage in platinum now i understand dragon dance but give it Outrage and its basically asking for Uber. But i will be fair and put a poll up.
