given that he outspeeds everything almost in OU and his high atk doesn't make him seem weaker he has been placed Uber at smogon but here that can be changed. he also has sand veil and outrage plus brightpowder

the reason he wasnt moved into uber was because anyone could slap on a yache berry, get a sandstorm going and win with garchomps stats. I never actualy found this a problem so im gunna vote to keep him in OU
