Seeing as there has been much contreversy over all this i have decided to let you ppl vote.

Deoxys-s has awesome speed and a very varied move pool, with 500 and more speed there are only 2 pokes that can outspeed it... ninjask, and yanmega but thats after a number of speed boosts.

well to be honest i hate this thing. Iv only come across it 3 times and iv still managed to win the match but only just. However after a quick t-wave this thing isnt much of a problem. So i guess ill vote to keep it in OU for now
