Pip its not the first one I seen jump from uncommon to rare. Its powerfull but not commonly used. Life gain + pump is good.

When there are no common artifacts all those that get put into the core set get pumped up one. Volshock morningstart is most likely an uncommon now.

I really don't think #1 is elvish warrior, the art is a huge throwback to the original lawnmowers. Note the tattoos and the position of the head.

Whole Picture Set I think this was what you were talking about Xoran. Yes the list is quite diverse but it still sucks. Painlands, Hippie, Kird Ape and Paladin the rest is very meh.

This is the best core set since I started (around 6th) and one I will most likely be buying alot of, well when im done buying jugment packs or the store runs out which ever comes first.

Besides, limited for this set looks fun. Warhammer at uncommon with the lack of artifact removal could be bad for limited.

Shatter and naturalize are in 9th.

CC two spells is usly not enough. When you have chances of getting maby 1 copy of each in draft or sealed.

Rare. And I do not really "expect" it to be, but am pretty darn sure about it. Look here. Just scroll down until you see the 9th Edition picture of Loxodon Warhammer.

Dude, its still going to suck. There is no reason to buy boosters of this crap when you can't turn around and make a profit immediately. And to say "well, its cheaper to buy boosters" is crap and you know it. If you stand in front of the counter and purchas 10 boosters, thats close to 40 dollars. You could pick up 5 painlands for tha much easily. Drafting will be the same way pretty much, because even though there is 30% more good stuff going in, its not like you are going to be seeing much of these cards. And the warhammer being rare? Great, you just spent 3.50+ on an uncommon from a set that you can still buy boosters of at target. Mirrodin boosters will get you better shit in the long run as well.
