I'm just writing this thread to say good luck to those of you heading out Richmond today and/or tomorrow. I wish you the best of luck and hope that someone from here can top 8 at the very least.

Again, make plans for seeing a lot of Shop aggro and Fish. These two decks rule the area.

Yeah, well, I know a number of people who travel the South East playing, and from what I've gathered from them, Slaver is not an uncommon deck down here, but it's not exactly common either. Most of the Slaver variants will come out of Southern Georgia, where it sees the most play. I've never really seen many Oath variants down here, and of the 30 some odd players I know, only 2 or so run Oath, so you may want to plan on playing a little bit of it, but not much. FCG, now, though, IS VERY COMMON FOR BUDGET PLAYERS. In fact, I probably wouldn't worry so much about Fish as FCG, as it seems to have effectively replaced Fish as the best budget deck down here in Jesusland.

EDIT: As for Dragon, I've never ran into someone playing Dragon in a tournament down here, though, for some reason, a lot of people seem to have it built.

i didn't do HORRIBLE at the last chicago having not tested at all, and I have been playing it for a while now, so I have good hopes and Heck, I built my deck in my hotel at 1 am the night before, so now that my build, you know, doesnt suck hard, I should do better.
